North Shore City Coastal Challenge
27th February 2010
Entrants run, jog, wade, rock hop and walk from a series of starting points along the North Shores' coastline, including starts at both Takapuna and Milford beaches.
Sovereign Ocean Swin Series
17th November 2009 and 17th April 2010
The series, which includes six events around New Zealand, starts with the Sovereign Harbour Crossing, from Bayswater to Auckland at 10.30am on Saturday 21 November 2009 and finishes with Sovereign King of the Bays, from Milford to Takapuna, North Shore City on Saturday 17 April 2010.
Takapuna Swin and Run Series
4th February to 16th March 2010
The Takapuna Swim and Run Series is designed to be user friendly for both first time competitors and triathletes.
The races are suitable for all age groups, from 11 years up. Races take place on the beach next to Takapuna Beach Holiday Park.
Devonport Food, Wine and Music Festival
20th and 21st February 2010
Enjoy the flavours and sounds by the sea in nearby Devonport. Takapuna Holiday Park is the closest Holiday Park to Devonport!
