Payment Policy:
A deposit or valid credit card is required to confirm all reservations. Balance of accounts are payable on arrival. Payment must be made for full time booked.

Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation fee of $15 applies to all bookings. Cancellations within 48 hours and No Shows are non refundable.

All Cancellations for September and October 2011 are non refundable.
